40% This is the proportion of Suez employees who subscribed to the first employee shareholding plan launched by the reference shareholders (Meridiam, GIP, Caisse des dépôts and CNP Assurances) of the unlisted group. Twelve thousand employees subscribed, for 140 million euros collected, that is to say, an amount higher than expected (118.4 million euros). International results surpass those of France with a participation rate of 59%. The transaction, which began on 27 September 2022, follows the commitment made in June 2021 to achieve an employee shareholding percentage of 3% of Suez’s capital at the time of its takeover and to increase it to 10% between five and seven years.
